WELCOME TO THE COMPASSION JOURNEY.

Over time, many of us begin to live under layers of pressure, expectations, past experiences, or inner voices that slowly pull us away from who we truly are.

But the deepest part of you has never disappeared.
It has simply been covered.

The Compassion Journey is a gentle, guided six-session process to help you reconnect with that truest part of yourself.

The journey can be experienced through individual sessions, online guided journeys, or hosted group experiences within churches, women’s groups, and community spaces.

Together, we slow down, listen inward, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions.

This journey is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.

It is about coming home,
to who you have always been,
and who God created you to be.


At the beginning, we were created for relationship, 
to live in peace, connection, and secure attachment with God.

Nothing to prove.
Nothing to perform.
Just presence, connection, and intimacy.

That original design has not been lost.
But over time, it can become hidden beneath pain, pressure, and unmet needs.

This journey is an invitation to gently return to that place,
to reconnect, restore, and receive as you were always meant to.

How The Journey Unfolds

 

Over six sessions, we gently walk through the core elements of the Compassion Method,
helping you understand your inner world and reconnect with your true self.

A personal invitation from Hannah

Session 1 - Understanding the Triggered Self

We begin by noticing the moments when strong emotions arise and we feel overwhelmed or reactive. This session helps you understand what is happening inside you in those moments and why those reactions occur.

Session 3 - The Ten Gifts

In this session we explore the emotional “gifts” every person needs in order to feel safe, valued, and loved. Together we begin noticing which of these needs may not have been fully met and how that shaped our inner world.

Session 5 - Understanding Shame and Blame

Shame and blame can keep us feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves. This session helps bring awareness to those patterns and gently begin releasing their hold.

Session 2 - Meeting the Child Within

Many of our emotional responses are connected to earlier experiences in our lives. In this session we begin gently exploring the younger parts of ourselves that may still carry sadness, fear, or loneliness.

Session 4 - Learning Self-Compassion

Here we begin learning how to relate to ourselves with compassion instead of judgment. This session introduces practical tools for meeting your emotions with kindness and care.

Session 6 - Returning to Your True Self

In the final session we bring everything together. You will leave with tools and understanding that allow you to continue this journey of compassion and self-connection in your everyday life.
